I practice as an Integrated, Client-Centered Humanistic therapist. I work with many different approaches using Dialectical (DBT & CBT) Behavioural Techniques as well as Sensorimotor, mindfulness.

Behavioural therapies have been clinically proven has been to help with many different types of problems including anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, eating disorders, bipolar disorder. They can also help with difficulties with anger or low self-esteem.

I will work with you to identify and change the thoughts and behaviour patterns that are preventing you from being your best, and I will help you learn new skills in order that you may be able to cope better with future challenges.
